Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Return

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition
Original packaging intact
Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

How to Return

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at manager@hentex.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with the confirmed return address. Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Use a trackable shipping method and retain your proof of postage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Your refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase. Express or premium shipping upgrades are not refundable.
