Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Germany: €5.99 (free shipping on orders over €55.00)
- European Union: €13.99
- International: €19.99
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the product price. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at manager@hentex.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
